The Southwest Regional Dance Association is an organization of non-profit swing dance clubs in the Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas area. Its purpose is to preserve and promote the swing dance style and its regional variations through an annual dance convention and competition.

The annual swing dance championships are hosted by an associate club each year.  Only club members of associate clubs are eligible for sanctioned contests.  Non-Sanctioned contests, such as Jack & Jills or Masters contests are open to all dancers.  The 2007 event will be hosted in Tulsa, Oklahoma by Swing Tulsa Style.
