We understand that to qualify this entry, both (or all) contestants must purchase a weekend ticket:
  (Entries will not be accepted if Weekend Ticket is not purchased by the dancer's meeting.  For pre-purchased ticket discounts, please use the mail-in entry form.  Pre-purchase discounts available until May 20.)

Both partners have expressed consent to competing in this contest and have read the Competition Waiver and agree to the terms: 
  (An official waiver will be provided at the event for signature.)
